I've been piercing for 4 years and hopefully many many more..

I started wanting tattoos and piercings at a young age and when my parents said no I innovated and made my own tattoo machine at 15. I tattooed myself and very quickly learned I would never be a tattoo artist.

I then turned to trying to pierce myself with anything sharp (something I absolutely do NOT recommend!) And my first piercing was a very crooked surface piercing on my hip. It did not last long.

I'd surrounded myself albeit subconsciously with industry folk my whole life. I've been part of the alternative side of life since I was a kid and while I never expected to be where I am today, I knew for sure I never wanted to do anything normal.

In my younger years I didn't really see an opportunity to build a career in piercing so it wasn't something I put much thought into outside of it being something I did when I had too much time on my hands.

I spent about 10 years working professionally as a musician and actor. When COVID hit in 2020 everything was turned on its head and I found myself more and more drawn to the industry.

When the lock down ended in early 2021 I jumped at the opportunity and threw everything i had into what became the Old Fort we know and love!
