I created my first tattoo in December 2020, and from that moment I knew I had found my path. Art has always been at the heart of who I am — from painting and drawing to exploring new creative outlets — and I’ve always loved the way people light up when they connect with my work. Tattooing gave me the chance to combine my love of art with the ability to create something meaningful and permanent for others.
I chose to join Old Fort because of the studio’s professionalism, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere. It’s important to me that every client feels comfortable and confident in the space where they’re making such a personal decision, and Old Fort embodies that perfectly.
How dominika got into tattooing
My journey into tattooing was a very hands-on and self-driven one. My uncle, a tattoo artist in Poland with over 20 years of experience, supported me in the beginning — offering advice and guidance. I also reached out to incredible artists for recommendations on materials and techniques, and then spent countless hours practicing on fake skin, fruit, and eventually the supportive family members who trusted me to refine my craft.
Tattoos dominika loves to do
Today, I specialize in fine line, realism, and detailed shading. I love delicate work that showcases subtlety and precision, as well as pieces that bring depth and dimension to the skin. My favorite part of being a tattoo artist is watching clients admire their new tattoos, seeing how it helps them feel good in their bodies, and connecting with so many different people through my art.
